Appointments

Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time and stylist.

Walk-ins are welcome when available, but booked appointments will be served first.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted depending on availability.
Deposits

A small deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to your next visit if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed or late cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
